Easy ways to get Rid of Waves in Hair

Many people have natural waves in their hair. Although wavy hair looks elegant but there are times when you want to style your hair differently. This is the time when you want to remove the waves of your hair either naturally or via some kind of technique.

There are many ways in which you can remove the waves of your hair and make it look naturally straight without even going to the salon. For some ways you might need tools like blow dryer while for others you just need some tricks.

Some of the efficient ways in which you can remove the waves of your hair include:

Flat iron

Flat iron is one of the most efficient tools for removing the waves from your hair. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and apply a heat resistant serum. Blows dry your hair and then divide it into thin layers. Use flat iron to straighten the hair and remove the waves in it.

Lemon and Coconut

Mix fresh lime juice to the coconut milk and keep it into the refrigerator for a few hours. After a few hours, a thick layer of foam gathers on the top of the coconut milk.

This layer of foam must be applied through the length of the hair and the scalp too. This foam should be applied on regular basis in order to get rid of the waves in your hair.

Celery

Grind the celery leaves with a little water and extract its juice. Keep it for a day and then massage it on your hair to make it straighter and wave free. You can also store this juice in a bottle and keep it for regular use.

Milk

Milk has many moisturizing properties which can definitely help in the reduction of waves in your hair. Fill a spray bottle with cooled milk and spray it on your hair. Let it stand for at least half an hour before shampooing your hair.

Castor

Massaging with castor oil on your hair not only provides shine to it but also helps in making your hair straighter.

If you are looking for instant straight hair then blow drying your hair is the best suited option. However if you prefer straight hair over wavy hair then you should definitely opt for natural ways in which you can reduce the waves of your hair over time. These natural cures have no side effects and also nourish your hair.
